Ted Milburn

Ted Milburn, 91 of Waverly, passed away February 5, 2021 at the Sunset Manor in Waverly, Kansas.
He was born September 4, 1929 in Reserve, Kansas the son of Floyd and Jessie Earley Milburn. He attended Horton High School and graduated with the Class of 1948.
Ted married the love of his life, Mildred Torkelson on July 2, 1950. They had three children, Patti, Marilyn and Dan.
Ted owned and operated the Waverly Food Mart with his wife and children for several years. His strong work ethic was a priority that he instilled in his children.
He will live on in the hearts and memories of his loving wife, Mildred of Waverly; his daughters, Patti Collins, Marilyn Huggard and her husband Bob; a son Dan Milburn; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous extended family and a host of dear friends. Ted was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Milburn. The services for Mr. Milburn are available for viewing on our Facebook Page, VanArsdale Funeral Services Inc.
