Paul Joseph Trippiedi, Sr.

Paul Joseph Trippiedi, Sr., 93, passed away Friday September 30, 2016 at the Life Care Center in Burlington.

He was born March 12, 1923 in New York, New York the son of Joseph and Sadie Pagano Trippiedi.

Paul was a truck driver for many years in the New York area. He was joined in marriage to Elizabeth Jane Markham on March 12, 1963 in New York. Paul and Miss Jane moved to Lebo, Kansas in November 1990. After moving to Lebo Paul and Jane attended St. Francis Xavier Church in Burlington. Paul volunteered at the Coffey County Hospital and The Meadows in Burlington.

Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jane; a sister, Jennie Morano and brothers, Joseph, Salvatore and Charles.

He is survived by his daughters, Debbie Anderson and husband Charles of Aurora, Colorado and Joan Blits and husband Harold of Lebo; son Paul J. Trippiedi, Jr; sister-in-law, Ann Trippiedi of New York; grandchildren, Helen, Jason, Andrea, Steven, Stephanie, Paul, Matthew and Anthony; nieces, Kathy, Linda and Diane and a nephew, John.
