PATRICIA A. KRUMME ��EMPORIA -- Patricia Ann Krumme, 79, passed away, Monday, April 20, 215 at Presbyterian Manor in Emporia. Patricia Ann Lacy was born July 22, 1935 in Eureka, Kansas, the daughter of Ernest Raymond and Gwendolyn Jane (Pugh) Lacy. She graduated from Madison High School. Patricia was joined in marriage to Francis Gene Storrer on March 6, 1953. Gene preceded her in death on November 30, 1967. Later she married Charles Krumme, Jr.. He preceded her in death in 1974. She had worked as a receptionist for Medical Arts for over 20 years until her retirement in 2000. She enjoyed the Silver Dolphins swim class at the Emporia Recreation Center. Patricia will be remembered by her daughter, Cathy McCarthy of Emporia; a son, Michael Storrer and his wife, Dee, of Osage City; four grandchildren, Matthew Storrer, Kiefer Storrer, Kelly Flowers and Justin McCarthy and five great-grandchildren, Macen Flowers, Austen Sterkel, Jackson McCarthy, Taylor McCarthy and Dawson McCarthy. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Bernadine. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 20015 at the Emporia First Baptist Church, 807 Constitution, in Emporia. Family will receive friends Friday, April 24, 2015 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Jones VanArsdale Funeral Home, 107 W. Sixth, Lebo. in Lebo. Memorial contributions can be made to the David Traylor Zoo of Emporia and sent in care of VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, 107 N. Sixth, Osage City, Kansas 66523.
