Lori Ann Garner, 54, of Osage City, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 at Stormont-Vail Regional Health in Topeka.
Lori Ann Gravett was born April 22, 1962 in Bloomfield, Iowa, the daughter of Jerry Alfred and Barbara Ann (Jackson) Gravett. She graduated from Bloomfield High School Class of 1980. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
She was joined in marriage to Charles "Chuck" Garner on November 19, 2005.
Lori worked at Crosswinds Counseling and Wellness in Emporia. She loved to cook, canning, fishing, country driving and children. Lori had a smile that was contagious to everyone.
She will always be remembered by her husband, Chuck of the home; her daughter, Racheal Timmons of Osage City; a son, Robby Timmons of Lawrence; her mother, Barbara Ann Gravett of Bloomfield, Iowa; two step-sons, William Clayton Garner of Osage City and Charles Garner, Jr. Of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four brothers, Gary (Marti) Gravett of Ottumwa, Dennis (Janice) Gravett of Coatsville, Missouri, Kevin Gravett (Melody) of Bloomfiled, Iowa and Marty (Kala) Gravett of Glennwood, Missouri; friend/sister, Teresa (J.P.) Puhl of Topeka and eleven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and adopted grandmother, Charlotte Laura Teel
A service for Mrs. Garner will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the Twin Lakes Foursquare Church in Osage City. Family will receive friend from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, Monday evening at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Lori Ann Garner Memorial Fund and sent in care of VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, 107 N. Sixth, Osage City, KS. 66523.
