LORA LEE MEEK OSAGE CITY- Lora Lee Meek, 73, passed away, Thursday, December 3, 2015 at her home. Lora Lee was born August 15, 1942 in Overbrook, the daughter of Charles and Annabel (Schirmer) Crady. She was joined in marriage to Lewis Meek on June 6, 1959 in Overbrook, Kansas. She and her husband owned and operated a resturant called the Kwik Brunch and a quilting shop called Calico Cupboard for many years. She will be remembered by her husband, Lewis, of the home; two daughters, Carla (Ray) Bomberger of Osage City and Marsa Ann Berry of Osage City; a son, Brad (Andrea) Meek of Osage City; two sisters, Viriginia Hendon of Belton, Missouri and Charlene Hill of Berryton, Kansas; fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great-granchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Shelly Meek Pittman; a grandson, Michael Gardner and a great-grandson, King Kai Nihiser. Cremation has taken place and no memorial service is planned. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice and sent in care of VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, 107 N.
