Judy Arleen Stowell Whittington

Judy Arleen Stowell Whittington, 55, died June 10, 2016 in Lebo, Kansas after a long illness. She was born November 25, 1960 in Halstead, Kansas the daughter of William B and Lois Christie Stowell. She married Roger Whittington, they later divorced. Other survivors include a son, Casey Stowell (Tyrienia McCormic) of Emporia and a daughter, Callie Whittington of Manhattan, two brothers, Bob Stowell of Chino Valley, AZ and Rick Stowell of Hutchinson, nine sisters Helen Edeiger, Loma Seachris both of Buhler, Wilma Winn, Naomi Weiss and Debbie Botkin of Lebo, Ruth Hedger and Karen Lackey of Hutchinson, Joyce Weinbrenner of Hillsboro, Carol Blevins of Wichita, and two grandsons, Grayson and Koen and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father William and Mother Lois, three brothers – Melvin, Lyle, and Bill Stowell, three sisters, Nadine Frye, Irene Stowell, and Kathy McIver, brother-in-law Norman Schroeder, niece Aspen Schroeder and nephew Carson Blevins.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, June 25 at 10:00 a.m. at Alpine Cemetery. Memorials to the Judy Arleen Whittington may be made at the Farmers State Bank of Aliceville in Lebo.
