Donna Sue Smith

Donna Sue Smith, 66, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at her home in Osage City.

Donna Sue Hoffman was born October 24, 1953 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Arthur W. and Alta (Kiwitter) Hoffman.

She was married and divorced from Paul Mendoza and Alan Smith. Later she met Todd Lane and spent many years together. Todd preceded her in death October 7, 2016. She and Todd loved fishing, Nascar and Garage Sales together. 

Donna will be forever remembered by daughter, Paula Williams of Osage City; a son, Jacob Smith of Kansas City; three sisters, Mary Bartley of Burlington, Anna Hoffman of Osage City and Sand Bernhardt of Carbondale; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by parents; a son, Monty Mendoza and a brother, Billy Hoffman.

Celebration of Life service will be held 1 p.m., February 29, 2020 at VanArsdale Funeral Chapel in Osage City. Family will receive friends after service at funeral home.
