Braysen Lee Butter, 9, passed away Monday afternoon August 25, 2014 in Strong City. He was born August 17, 2005 in Emporia, Kansas the son of Thomas Lee and Jessica Amelia Meyer Butter. Braysen attended Madison Elementary School where he was a member of the fourthgrade class. He will be forever loved by his parents, Jessica Amelia Butter of Madison and Thomas Lee and Carrie Nell Butter of Strong City; sister, Chelsea Renee Kelly of Emporia; two brothers, Izak Dwaine Butter of Manhattan and Dawson Allen Butter of Madison; Maternal grandmother, Terri S. Meyer of Madison; Maternal great-grandfather, Paul Bruce Meyer of Madison; Maternal great-grandmother, Nancy Howard of Wichita; Paternal grandparents; Craig and Rhonda Reyer of Strong City, Cecil and Connie Butter of Cottonwood Falls; Bill and Jane Johnson of Strong City. Braysen was preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Terry Meyer; Maternal great-grandmother, Mildred Amelia Meyer; Maternal great-grandfather, Fred W. Howard; Paternal great grandparents, Fred and Marge Potter and Leroy and Levota Butter; great uncle, Doug Potter; uncle, Beau Wallace; cousin, Chad Butter.
