Andrew Todd Bailey

Andrew T. Bailey, 21, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at his home.

Andrew Todd Bailey was born May 30, 2003, in Emporia, the son of Jeffrey Todd Bailey and Melodie Lynn Tucker. He graduated from Lebo High School in 2021.

He was a member of the Lebo United Methodist Church.

He worked as a rural mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Lebo.

Andrew’s interests were going to the gym, playing disc golf, corn hole, reading books, and playing basketball and football. He was a big Denver Broncos fan, and he enjoyed spending time with his friends. Andrew loved spending time with his family and most treasured his role of uncle, spending time with his nieces and nephews every chance he got. 

Andrew will be forever remembered by his mother, Melodie Tucker of Lebo; father, Jeff Bailey of Lebo; two sisters, Hope McCaleb and Crystal Williams both of Emporia; three brothers, Brandon Williams of Burlington, KS, Seth Dyer of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and Austin Bailey of Lebo; maternal grandmother, Judith Tucker of Ponca City, Oklahoma; eight nieces and nephews, Amariya Lorentz, Jeremiah McCaleb, Ryker Williams, Serena Williams, Logan Williams, Lainey Williams, Brody Dyer and Kaegan Dyer.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Tucker; paternal grandparents, Kenton and Kathleen Bailey, and a brother-in-law, Presley McCaleb.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Lebo United Methodist Church in Lebo. Burial to follow service at Lincoln Cemetery.  Family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Jones VanArsdale Funeral Home, 107 W. Sixth, Lebo, Kansas.
