Please run the following obit in your paper. DANIEL NOBLE OSAGE CITY -- Daniel Noble, 61, of Osage City, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka. Daniel J. Noble was born on October 23, 1953 in Emporia, Kansas, the son of Charles Berton and Rose Kathryn (Getsinger) Noble, Sr.. Graduated from Osage City High School in 1971. Danny had worked for Mussatto Brothers as a sales manager. He was a member of the Eagles in Osage City. He raced and owned a drag car and belong to the National Hot Rod Association. He received many awards for his racing. Survivors include a daughter, Nicole (Jay) Bailey of Osage City, two sisters, Priscilla (Bob) Hamman and Cathryn Houghton, both of Osage City; a brother, Noble B. Noble of Osage City and three grandsons, Nicholas, Owen and Wyatt Bailey of Osage City; a granddaughter, Taylor (Cody) Oakman and a great grandson, Garrett Oakman, all of Topeka. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles "Pete" Berton Noble, Jr. and Michael Truman Noble and a grandson, Ethan Bailey. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, January 12, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Osage City. Mr. Noble will lie in state from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family will be receiving friends Sunday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow service at Union Cemetery in Osage City. Memorials can be made to the Danny Noble Memorial Fund and sent in care of VanArsdale Funeral Chapel, 107 N.
